Appointment for estimates are not guaranteed until confirmed by us by phone or email. Availability varies and slot allocated might not be available even if you had an automated confirmation. Our appointments have a 1 hour window, for example, if you are scheduled for 9:00 we will be there between 9-10:00. We always drive safely in order and have must some leeway in case prior appointment takes longer to finish.
